Turkish courts auction properties in Yozgat and Bursa totaling over 122 million lira
The Yozgat Enforcement Office announced the public auction of an 80‑square‑metre apartment unit in the Aşağı Nohutlu neighbourhood. The property, valued at 1.5 million TL, will be offered in a first bid on 13 August 2026, with a second round on 14 September if unsold.
In Bursa, court‑ordered sales cover 17 parcels, mainly olive groves and agricultural land in Mudanya and İznik districts. The combined assessed value of these assets is about 122.5 million TL. The highest‑valued parcel is an 11,700 m² olive‑grove in Mudanya, priced at 17.55 million TL. Auctions are scheduled for 9‑16 September 2026 (first round) and 7‑14 October 2026 (second round).
