Turkish courts issue notices for property and inheritance lawsuits

The Istanbul Anadolu 23rd Civil Court likewise issued a public notice for a probate case concerning the late Ays­er Mazbaşi. The will designates the daughter Sude Ferali as the beneficiary of multiple urban and rural properties. As the deceased’s address could not be confirmed, the court scheduled the hearing for 3 November 2026, warning that non‑appearance will be deemed acceptance of the will.
