Turkish courts issue notices regarding property dissolution lawsuits

The Mersin 9th Civil Court of Peace has issued a public notice regarding a lawsuit filed by İlmi Ayet to resolve a partnership through the sale of several real estate parcels located in the Mezitli district of Mersin, specifically in the Tepeköy neighborhood. The notice serves as a formal summons to Mesut Yedigöz, who could not be reached through standard notification methods, informing him of his right to respond within two weeks.

In a separate legal matter, the Yunak Civil Court of Peace has ruled on a partnership dissolution case involving property in the Çayırbaşı neighborhood of the Yunak district in Konya. The court ordered the dissolution of the partnership through a public auction of the specified land parcel. While the request to divide inherited cash was rejected, the court approved the sale of the real estate, with proceeds to be distributed among parties according to their inheritance shares and title deed records.
