Turkish courts list dozens of property auctions across Ankara, Balıkesir, Bursa and Istanbul

Several Turkish civil courts and execution offices have published notices for public property auctions. In Ankara, a 1,460 m² parcel in Güçlükaya, Keçiören, with a declared value of 3.2 million TL, will be auctioned in late August and early September 2026. In Balıkesir’s Altıeylül district, a 47,835.89 m² hazine land is scheduled for auction on 28 July 2026 with an estimated price of 4 million TL and a temporary guarantee of 800 000 TL.

Bursa’s İnegöl, Gürsu and Yıldırım districts see a wave of sales totaling roughly 165 million TL. Highlights include a 1,412.65 m² organized‑industrial plot in İnegöl valued at 35 million TL, multiple agricultural parcels ranging from 3 million TL to 11.5 million TL, and residential or commercial units priced between 2 million TL and 7 million TL. In Istanbul’s Bakırköy, a 251.70 m² land parcel with a shop unit is listed for 2.5 million TL, with auction periods in August and September 2026.

Other notices simply list execution‑department sales without detailed descriptions, covering various municipalities such as Küçükçekmece, Polatlı and other districts. All announcements are part of routine public‑asset liquidation procedures conducted by the courts and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
