Turkish courts announce several property auction notices

Courts in multiple Turkish jurisdictions have published public auction notices for properties seized to satisfy debts. The Nevşehir Civil Court listed a 574 m² parcel near the Aksaray‑Nevşehir highway valued at 4.305 million TL. Bursa courts announced auctions of two duplex shop units in Nilüfer, each between 215 m² and 220 m², with valuations of 16.5 million TL and 17.6 million TL respectively. Istanbul’s Anatolian 9th Enforcement Office listed a 400 000 TL vehicle for sale. The Çine Enforcement Office listed a 1 077 m² agricultural plot with residential buildings, valued at 3.271 million TL. Ankara’s Civil Courts advertised a 599 m² residence in Keçiören, valued at 2 million TL. Finally, the Konya Civil Courts posted an auction for a 423 m² urban lot in Karatay, valued at 5 million TL. All notices include details on the property, valuation, VAT rates, and scheduled auction dates, reflecting a coordinated effort to liquidate assets across the country.

These auctions are part of debt‑recovery procedures, with the listed properties to be sold through public bidding under the supervision of the respective courts.
