Turkish Courts Order Auctions of Properties in Manisa and Istanbul

Turkish enforcement authorities have listed two real‑estate parcels for public auction due to unpaid debts. In Manisa Province, a plot in Şehitler neighbourhood (parcel 4, 1,800,000 TL value) will be auctioned between 21 Sept and 22 Oct 2026. In Istanbul’s Bahçelievler district, a mixed‑use building with a 4,334.96 m² plot and a 126 m² office unit is slated for sale. The auction details, including the property’s features, infrastructure and estimated value, are available through the official court portal.
