Turkish Courts Order Property Auctions in Bursa and Nevşehir

A Turkish court in Bursa ordered the auction of a 501.60 m² plot with a duplex residential unit in the Elmasbahçeler neighbourhood of Osmangazi. The property includes a 71.07 m² usable area, an elevator, and a terrace of about 90 m², with an estimated value of 2,700,000 TRY.

In Nevşehir, the execution office listed a 1,608.97 m² agricultural parcel in the Nar (Yeni) village of the Central district for sale. The parcel, classified as a barren field, contains three structures (212 m², 150 m², and 75 m²) and is valued at approximately 1,287,176 TRY based on a market rate of 800 TRY per square metre.
