Turkish Courts Order Property Auctions in Isparta, Ankara, Edirne

Turkish courts have issued auction notices for several properties to satisfy outstanding debts.

In Isparta Province, a 3,300 m² agricultural parcel in Sav village (189 ada, 250 parsel) is valued at 9.9 million TL with a 10% VAT rate.

In Ankara’s Sincan district, a 431 m² residential unit (1101 ada, 8 parsel) on the third floor of a building is valued at 1.25 million TL, subject to 1% VAT on the building and 10% on the land.

In Edirne’s Yıldırım neighbourhood, a 222 m² residential plot (1062 ada, 25 parsel) with a single‑storey house is valued at 2.775 million TL, also taxed at 1% for the building and 10% for the land.

The auctions are scheduled between late September and early November 2026, with detailed terms and visual material posted on the official Turkish e‑auction portal (uyap.gov.tr).
