Turkish Courts Rule on Inheritance Partnership Dissolutions in Karabük and Denizli
The Eskipazar Civil Court in Karabük province partially accepted a lawsuit seeking the dissolution of a partnership arising from inheritance. The court ordered the sale of multiple land parcels in Dağlacık and Sadeyaka villages, noting that the properties could not be divided and must be sold openly.
Separately, the Çivril Civil Court in Denizli province dismissed a similar inheritance‑related partnership case after the plaintiff could not be served. The court announced a public notice of the judgment and set a hearing for 21 October 2026, warning that failure to appear would allow proceedings to continue without the plaintiff.
Both decisions involve the liquidation of jointly‑held assets to resolve disputes among heirs of the deceased parties.
