Turkish courts schedule land auctions in Elazığ and Nevşehir

Turkey's civil courts have issued public sale notices for agricultural parcels in the provinces of Elazığ and Nevşehir. In Elazığ, a 15,151.97 m² field in Gözebaşı village (parcel 165‑5) valued at 7,575,985 TL will be auctioned between 3 Sept and 10 Sept 2026. In Nevşehir, two parcels near Çat – 11,040.17 m² (parcel 648‑48) and 12,477.15 m² (parcel 648‑72) – are listed with values of 2,649,640.80 TL and 2,994,516.00 TL, with auctions scheduled for early August and early September 2026. Both sales are conducted through the online platform uyap.gov.tr under case numbers 2025/128 and 2026/109 respectively.
