Turkish courts schedule property auctions in Nevşehir and Aydın provinces

The civil court in Nevşehir province announced the public sale of a 1,112.83 m² garden parcel located near Zübeyde Hanım Avenue and the Nevşehir State Hospital. The land is classified as natural site, has no structures, and is valued at 2,003,094 TL. Two auction windows are set: 27 July – 3 August 2026 and 19 August – 26 August 2026.

In Aydın’s Çine district, the court listed several agricultural parcels for auction. The first parcel covers 3,315.89 m², includes an old single‑storey building and fruit trees, and is valued at 10,598,902 TL; its auction runs from 21 July – 28 July 2026 (with a second window in August). Additional parcels of 5,069.27 m² (valued at 2,500,000 TL) and 2,684.37 m² (suitable for irrigated farming) were also announced with similar auction periods.
