Turkish district offices announce state property auctions
Various district governorates in Turkey have announced upcoming auctions for state-owned properties and assets through their respective Milli Emlak (National Real Estate) offices.
In Zara, Sivas, the district governorate is auctioning two plots of land in Tödürge Village for 30-year usage rights to establish cafes and restaurants. These auctions are scheduled for October 20, 2026.

In İnönü, Eskişehir, the Milli Emlak office is conducting auctions for several items, including a plot of land in Dereyalak, agricultural land in Oklubalı, and three motorcycles (brands Mondial, RKS, and Bisan). These proceedings are scheduled for October 19, 2026.
