ATV's upcoming series Hamal set to begin filming in September

The Turkish drama series Hamal, produced by Oktay Kaynarca and Onur Kaynarca for ATV, has completed an extensive pre‑production phase. The show stars Oktay Kaynarca as Hamal Kemal and Fahriye Evcen as Hayat, with Mustafa Şevki Doğan directing. The screenplay was written by Kerem Deren, Çisil Hazal Tenim and Bilge Kurban, and the production team KYN Yapım is handling the project.

Filming is scheduled to start in September in Istanbul and its surroundings, with costume design, set construction and technical preparations already finalized. The series is expected to air on ATV later in the new season, featuring a supporting cast that includes Erdal Özyağcılar, Burak Tozkoparan and others.
