Turkish educational institutions hold teacher training workshops

Educational institutions in Turkey have conducted professional development programs for teaching staff to enhance academic quality and pedagogical skills.

Altınyıldız Koleji Fen ve Anadolu Liseleri held in-service training seminars focusing on modern teaching methods, classroom management, and the ‘Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli’. The program included modules on student motivation, effective communication, stress management, and time management to support both professional and personal growth.

Additionally, Istanbul Gelisim University hosted academic development workshops for Gökkuşağı Kolejleri from August 24 to 27. Utilizing a hybrid model, the workshops allowed teachers from various campuses to participate both in person and online. Led by experts such as Associate Professor Dr. Şebnem Gürsoy Ulusoy, the sessions covered topics including micro-teaching, growth mindset, project design, academic integrity, and the integration of artificial intelligence into classroom processes.
