Turkish enforcement offices announce property auctions

Judicial enforcement offices in Nevşehir and Diyarbakır, Turkey, have announced the auction of various properties to settle outstanding debts.

In Nevşehir, a 12,806.64 square meter plot of land located in the Özyayla village, Kalıntırman district, is being put up for sale. The property, currently used as an orchard, has an estimated value of 1,536,797.00 TL. The land is situated approximately 15.6 km from the center of Nevşehir.

In Diyarbakır, a residential unit located in the Hanımağa Site, Yenişehir district, is scheduled for auction. The property features a gross area of 191.53 square meters and a net area of 166.55 square meters. The estimated value for this residence is 4,500,000.00 TL. Auction dates are set for late 2026.
