Turkish enforcement offices announce real estate auctions

Various Turkish enforcement and judicial offices have announced the public auction of several real estate properties due to outstanding debts and legal dissolution of partnerships.

In Istanbul, the Bakırköy Enforcement Office is auctioning a 900 square meter plot in Güngören featuring a multi-story building used for commercial purposes. Additionally, a residential unit in Bahçelievler is listed for sale.

In Balıkesir, the Karesi district is auctioning a 4/9 share of a residential property in the Kuvayi Milliye neighborhood, with an estimated value of 5,000,000.00 TL.

In Uşak, the 1st Civil Court of Peace is overseeing the sale of a 249.34 square meter plot in the Merkez district, which includes a two-story building currently used as a shop and residence. The property is valued at 7,992,598.00 TL.
