Turkish enforcement offices announce real estate auctions

Turkish enforcement offices in Urla and Küçükçekmece have announced the auction of several real estate properties to settle outstanding debts.

In Urla, İzmir, a 550.57 square meter plot of land in the Güvendik neighborhood is being sold. The property, previously containing a reinforced concrete duplex residence, is now classified as vacant land following the demolition of structures deemed risky under Law No. 6306. The site includes several trees, such as laurel and olive, and is located approximately 550 meters from the sea.

In Küçükçekmece, İstanbul, a residential unit located in the Halkalı neighborhood is up for auction. The property is a ground-floor apartment within a large residential and commercial complex. The site is situated in a zone designated for both trade and housing, with zoning permissions allowing for buildings up to 11 stories.
