Turkish families participate in KPSS secondary education exam together

In separate instances across Turkey, family members have participated together in the 2026 KPSS secondary education exam to show mutual support and emphasize the importance of lifelong learning.

In Yüksekova, 45-year-old Ali Kızılarslan sat for the exam alongside his daughter, Sevda. Although Kızılarslan already holds steady employment, he stated his primary goal was to provide moral support to his daughter and demonstrate that there is no age limit to education.

In Malatya, homemaker Çiğdem Kanbay and her daughter, Sude Kanbay, discovered they were assigned to the same school for the exam. Sude, who is also preparing for university entrance exams, expressed pride in her mother's determination to participate.
