Ülkü Hilal Çiftçi’s father files criminal complaint over alleged underage relationship

Ünal Çiftçi, the father of 17‑year‑old actress Ülkü Hilal Çiftçi, lodged a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Anadolu Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı. He alleges that his daughter was employed on the TV series “Yeraltı” without his legal consent and that she was in a romantic relationship with co‑actor Hakan Çelebi, who is about ten years older. Çiftçi also accused the owner of the OnTalent Menajerlik agency, Gözde Yılmaz, of allowing the work to proceed without parental approval. He stated that his wife, Kader Çiftçi, did not object to the situation. The complaint cites WhatsApp messages in which Çiftçi says his daughter was “sevgili” with the older actor. The investigation by police and judicial authorities is ongoing, and the case has attracted extensive media coverage in Turkey and abroad.
