Turkish firms announce extensive dividend payouts and a 1,800% free capital increase

A schedule of cash dividend payments from 56 listed companies on Borsa İstanbul was released, detailing per‑share amounts and payment dates through August, September, October and November 2026. Companies ranging from automotive (Doğuş Otomotiv) to energy (Ahlatcı Doğal Gaz) and retail (BİM) will distribute cash to shareholders, with some payouts exceeding five Turkish lira per share.

Separately, Sabancı Holding subsidiary Kordsa Teknik Tekstil A.Ş. disclosed a 1,800% free (non‑cash) capital increase, raising its issued capital by about 3.5 billion TRY to a total of roughly 3.7 billion TRY. The move will allocate more than 350 billion new name‑only shares to existing shareholders on a proportional basis, following approval by the board and pending formalities with the Capital Markets Board and related institutions.
