Turkish firms launch multiple IPOs and financing deals in late June 2026

A series of Turkish companies announced public share offerings, bond issuances and other financing actions between June 29 and July 3, 2026. Companies including ORZAX, SOHOE, ISVEA, GOLDA, EKIM, AKBNK, ARDYZ, A1CAP, ALBRK, ANELE, AKCNS, BALSU, BIENY, BETAE, BSOKE, BTCIM, BIOEN, CATES, DERHL, DZGYO, ENJSA, EUPWR, GEDIK, GARAN, GEREL, IHLAS, ISFIN and INVEO disclosed dates for collecting orders, price levels and quantities of shares to be sold on the Borsa Istanbul platform. Several firms also reported bond issuances, long‑term credit agreements and capital‑raising through rental certificates. Notably, BMSCH disclosed that its general manager was detained in Panama on an unrelated investigation. The announcements reflect a busy period of capital‑raising activity across multiple sectors in Turkey's equity and debt markets.
