Turkish football clubs appoint new youth academy coordinators

Vanspor has appointed Turabi İnak as its new Youth Academy Coordinator, succeeding Fahri Baştürk. İnak, who has extensive experience in Van's local football scene, stated that his primary goal is to develop young players into both skilled athletes and well-mannered individuals.

In Trabzon, Trabzonspor's Youth Academy Coordinator Hüseyin Çimşir is implementing a new strategy focused on field visits and strengthening ties with local clubs. Çimşir recently visited Sebat Spor Kulübü to inspect facilities and review the progress of Trabzonspor players currently on loan. His approach aims to create a more systematic development process for young talent within the Trabzon region to ensure better integration into the club's first team.
