Turkish football clubs Kayserispor and Fenerbahçe undergo structural changes

Kayserispor is implementing a major restructuring of its youth academy following its relegation from the Süper Lig. Under the leadership of youth development head İbrahim Samet Sarıoğlu and President Ali Çamlı, the club aims to secure its future through significant investment in its football academy. The initiative includes modernizing training models and utilizing former club players to lead the technical staff. To ensure economic sustainability, the club has also secured jersey sponsorships specifically for its youth age groups.

Meanwhile, Fenerbahçe has entered a new phase following a period of internal tension. After narrowly avoiding the departure of manager İsmail Kartal following a Champions League draw against Roma, the team secured a decisive 8-0 victory against Eyüpspor. Kartal is now focusing on tactical revisions and a more dynamic team identity, with expectations high for Marco Asensio to take on increased responsibility following the international break.
