Turkish football clubs Kırıkkale FK and Trabzonspor announce new signings ahead of the season

Kırıkkale FK confirmed a principle agreement with Austrian striker Christopher Jakob Kröhn, a 188‑cm forward who most recently played for Eskişehirspor. The club expects him to sign a contract for the 2026‑2027 season, aiming to strengthen its attack.

Trabzonspor added several domestic players as part of its preseason squad build‑up, including midfielder Metehan Mimaroğlu, midfielder Melih Kabasakal and defender Samet Akaydin. The club is also linked with experienced midfielder Salih Uçan as a potential signing. The technical staff expressed satisfaction with the new arrivals, expecting them to provide depth for the upcoming Süper Lig, Turkish Cup and European campaign.
