Turkish Football Discipline Board issues heavy fines to Super Lig clubs

The Professional Football Discipline Board (PFDK) has issued several significant fines and suspensions following disciplinary violations in the Trendyol Super Lig.

Major club fines include 780,000 TL for Trabzonspor, 755,000 TL for Kocaelispor, and 280,000 TL each for Galatasaray, Beşiktaş, and Amed Sportif Faaliyetler. Additionally, Batman Petrolspor was fined 140,000 TL for time-keeping violations, and Bursaspor received a 140,000 TL fine for pitch incidents. Amedspor was also fined 280,000 TL following a match against Gençlerbirliği, which resulted in spectator bans for certain sections.

Regarding individual sanctions, Eyüpspor’s Ahmed Abdullahi received a three-match ban, and Trabzonspor’s Melih Kabasakal was suspended for one match. Mücahit Albayrak of Batman Petrolspor also received a two-match suspension.

In response to ongoing disciplinary concerns, Amedspor management has issued a formal warning to its supporters, urging them to adhere to stadium rules, avoid unauthorized entry, and prevent damage to facilities to protect the club from further legal and financial penalties.
