Turkish hotels in Bursa and Bodrum put up for court auction

Multiple hotel properties in Turkey have been put up for sale through court-ordered auctions.

In Bursa, the Osmangazi district is auctioning a property currently operating as the ‘Gazcılar Otel’. The building, located in the Ulu neighborhood, consists of a basement, ground floor, and six normal floors with a total construction area of 1,227.55 square meters. The estimated value for the property has been set at 21,557,806.50 Turkish Lira. The structure includes hotel rooms, a shop on the ground floor, and a laundry facility.

In Bodrum, the ‘Petrum’ facility, which operates as a hotel, apart, and pension, is also being sold via the Bodrum 1st Civil Court of Peace. The property sits on a 2,149 square meter parcel with an estimated value of 126,541,000 Turkish Lira. The complex features 40 rooms, including 35 standard rooms and 5 suites, spread across several buildings. The site includes amenities such as a swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, and bar area. Notably, the property is located within a 3rd-degree archaeological and urban protected site.
