Turkish instructor presents 70,000-bead portrait to President Erdoğan
Sümeyye Aydın, an instructor at the Muş Public Education Center, has presented a portrait of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made from 70,000 beads. The artwork was created over the course of approximately one to two months in collaboration with students from the center.
Aydın presented the piece in the Ahlat district of Bitlis during the 955th anniversary of the Battle of Manzikert. After the President visited the Seljuk Cemetery, his security detail collected the artwork from Aydın to deliver it to him personally. Aydın expressed her happiness regarding the successful delivery of the labor-intensive project.
