Turkish insurers and banks report robust first‑half 2026 earnings

Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik announced its 2026 Q2 results, with active assets rising 49% to 481 billion TL and total fund size reaching 407 billion TL. The company now serves over 3.4 million participants, including 397 thousand children, holding a 23.1% market share among under‑18 customers. Life‑insurance premiums grew 32% to 11.8 billion TL, net profit was 3.5 billion TL and equity stood at 13 billion TL. The firm also released its 2025 sustainability report aligned with Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards.

Other Turkish financial groups posted strong first‑half 2026 figures. Türkiye Sigorta and Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik lifted net profits by 44% and 52% respectively, together reaching 24.5 billion TL. TSKB increased active assets 13% to 369.5 billion TL. Garanti BBVA reported a net profit of 64.4 billion TL, assets of 5.2 trillion TL, deposits of 3.5 trillion TL and a capital adequacy ratio of 15.9%. Retailer Mango surpassed €1.85 billion in revenue, while Paywall’s dollar‑based revenue jumped 370% and TD SYNNEX posted $19.6 billion in Q2 revenue, up 31%.
