In Izmir, the 1st Civil Court of Peace is overseeing the sale of a multi-unit building in the Bornova district, specifically in the Altındağ neighborhood. The property consists of a basement, ground floor, three regular floors, and a roof floor, totaling 379.50 square meters. The building contains five separate residential units. The appraised value for the Izmir property is set at 5,150,000.00 TL.
