Turkish judicial authorities announce real estate auctions in Ankara and İzmir

Public judicial notices have been issued for the auction of real estate properties in Turkey to settle debts.

In Ankara, the Akyurt Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi Satış Memurluğu has announced the sale of a 2,000 m2 plot of land located in the Yeşiltepe neighborhood of Akyurt. The property is situated near Muhittin Tunca Street and is approximately 10 km from Esenboğa Airport. The appraised value of the land is 4,000,000.00 TL. The auction is scheduled to take place in two stages between December 14, 2026, and January 18, 2027.

In İzmir, the Çeşme İcra Dairesi is auctioning a 648 m2 plot containing a duplex residence in the Reisdere/Şifne area. The property is described as a two-story villa-style structure located in a residential area near Şifne Beach.
