Turkish local authorities launch construction tenders for Nevşehir rehabilitation centre and Kocaeli cultural centre

The Nevşehir Provincial Special Administration announced an open tender (record No. 2026/11624661) for the exterior cladding work of the Gümüşkent Rehabilitation Centre in the Gülşehir district. The contract, covered by Law No. 4734, will be awarded through electronic submission on the EKAP platform, with a 60‑day completion period from handover.

The Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality issued a separate open tender (record No. 2026/11515661) for the construction of a new cultural centre in the Gölcük district. The project involves a 12,000 m² building, also under Law No. 4734, with a 450‑day delivery schedule. Bids for both contracts must be submitted electronically via EKAP, and standard qualification and financial criteria apply to all bidders.
