Turkish Municipal Councils Announce Licence Revocation and Property Sale

The Küçükkuyu municipal council cancelled the operating licence of Olc*** Gayrimenkul Taahhüt İnşaat Ticaret Limited Şirketi after finding the firm running a camp and bar without a licence. The council imposed a fine of 38,246 TL and ordered the licence to remain revoked.

The council also corrected a previous road‑abandonment decision concerning a parcel in Sahil Mahallesi, Ortamahalle, Ayvacık (Çanakkale). The earlier decision was annulled and the proper procedure under the Turkish Zoning Law was applied.

In Ankara’s Altındağ district, the municipal council scheduled a closed‑bid (increasing) auction of a municipal parcel in Karacaören. The auction is set for 12 August 2026, with detailed requirements for bidders, a required temporary guarantee, and the sale proceeds to cover taxes and fees.
