Turkish municipalities announce infrastructure and real estate tenders

Turkish municipalities have announced new public tenders for infrastructure and real estate.

Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality is auctioning several properties in the Odunpazarı district. These include a 434 square meter commercial area in İstiklal Mahallesi with an estimated value of 49,990,000.00 TL, and a 4,916.84 square meter plot in Emek Mahallesi designated for a fuel and service station, valued at 196,673,000.00 TL. The auctions are scheduled for October 14, 2026.

Separately, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality has opened a tender for the construction of the Beşiktaş Nisbetiye Bridge. The project is expected to take 450 calendar days to complete following site delivery. The tender process will be conducted via electronic submission through the EKAP system, with the opening of bids scheduled for November 2, 2026.
