Turkish municipalities announce land and property auctions

Various real estate auctions are being organized in Turkey. In Istanbul’s Tuzla district, the Tuzla Municipality is auctioning a 1,931.62 square meter residential plot located in the Postane neighborhood. The estimated value for this property is set at 94,099,254.62 TL, with a required temporary guarantee of approximately 2.82 million TL. The auction is scheduled to take place via closed bid on August 26, 2026, at the Tuzla Municipality Council Hall.

In the Harmancık district of Bursa, the Harmancık District Governorate is auctioning eight Treasury-owned properties across the Çatalsöğüt, Dutluca, Gökçeler, and Kozluca neighborhoods. These properties, which include plots, raw soil, and existing land, cover a total area of 4,146.88 square meters with a combined estimated value of 1,116,000 TL. The auctions will be conducted through open bidding on September 2, 2026, at the Harmancık District Governorate Meeting Hall.
