Turkish municipalities announce lease auctions for cafés and kiosks

Two Turkish local governments have issued public tenders to rent municipal premises for food‑service businesses. The municipality of İL A (Bahçelievler Mahallesi, Hacı Hasan Bor park) will auction two kiosks on 14 July 2026 at 14:00. Each kiosk will be leased for nine months at a monthly rent of 37,000 TL, with a temporary security deposit of 1,500 TL per unit.

Iyidere Municipality in Rize Province will hold separate open‑bid auctions on 7 July 2026: a restaurant space of 873.85 m² will be leased for ten years at an annual rent of 750,000 TL (7.5 million TL total, excl. VAT) with a 225,000 TL deposit, while a 20.27 m² kiosk will be leased for three years at a monthly rent of 3,334 TL (120,024 TL total) with a deposit of 3,600.68 TL. If no bids are received, a second round is scheduled for 21 July 2026.
