Turkish municipalities announce major real estate auctions

Various municipalities and authorities in Turkey have announced large-scale real estate auctions involving residential, agricultural, and commercial properties.

In İzmir’s Güzelbahçe district, the Güzelbahçe Municipality is selling four properties through a closed-bid tender process. The assets include three plots of land in the Çamlı neighborhood, valued at a minimum of 21 million TL, and a duplex residence in the Yelki neighborhood valued at 23 million TL. The municipality aims to generate at least 86 million TL from these sales. Buyers may opt for a payment plan consisting of a 25 percent down payment followed by five equal installments.

In Bursa, a wave of property sales spanning four districts—Mustafakemalpaşa, Karacabey, Kestel, and İnegöl—has been announced. The total estimated value of the 21 properties listed in these auctions amounts to approximately 215.4 million TL. In the Mustafakemalpaşa district alone, several parcels in the Gündoğdu, Yalıntaş, and Güllüce neighborhoods are being auctioned, including residential structures, barns, and various agricultural fields.
