Various Turkish municipalities announce new tenders and lease agreements

Several Turkish municipalities have announced upcoming tenders for infrastructure, construction, and commercial leasing.

In Konya, the Beyşehir district is launching a 93.9 million TL tender for a wastewater treatment plant at the Beyşehir Organized Industrial Zone. The facility, designed with a daily capacity of 500 cubic meters, aims to treat domestic, chemical, and biological waste to protect local water resources. Construction is expected to begin next month and conclude within six months.

In Akşehir, the municipality is organizing a 132 million TL construction tender for a commercial project in the Altunkalem neighborhood. The project involves building two blocks on a 1,062-square-meter plot under disaster risk transformation laws. The winner will receive four independent units in exchange for a cash payment, while the remaining 33 units will be allocated to the municipality and other shareholders.

Other regional updates include: • Altındağ Municipality in Ankara is leasing a 35.56-square-meter shop in the Ahiler Business Center for a monthly estimated rent of 10,000 TL. • Karacasu Municipality has revised the monthly starting price for a restaurant and ten shops to 45,000 TL following a previous failed tender that reached 145,000 TL. The new tender is scheduled for October 30. • Çanakkale Municipality has announced a 31.8 million TL construction tender.
