Turkish municipalities announce new construction tenders

Public tender notices have been issued for two distinct construction projects in Turkey.

In Konya, the Konya Metropolitan Municipality is initiating a tender for the construction of a new bus terminal. The project involves a reinforced concrete and steel building with an approximate construction area of 14,500 square meters. The work is scheduled to be completed within 600 calendar days following site delivery.

In Istanbul, the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate has announced a tender for the construction of the Sultanbeyli No. 4 Family Health Center (ASM). The 600 square meter facility will include construction, mechanical, and electrical installation works. The project is slated for completion within 210 calendar days after site delivery.
