Turkish Municipalities Announce Property Auctions in Çanakkale and Kalecik

Kepez Municipality in Çanakkale will sell a 2,428.14 m² commercial‑zoned land parcel (Hamidiye Mahallesi, parcel 506/2) by closed‑tender on 23 July 2026 at 11:00. The reserve price is set at 75 million TL and bidders must provide a temporary guarantee of 2.25 million TL. Detailed application documents must be submitted by 17:00 on 22 July 2026.

Kalecik Municipality will auction a 118.04 m² residential apartment (Halitcevri Aslangil Mahallesi, parcel 205054/1, second floor) by open auction on 22 July 2026 at 14:00. The reserve price is 4.225 million TL with a required temporary guarantee of 126,750 TL. Interested parties must deliver complete bid files to the municipal finance office by the auction time. Both sales are conducted under the 2886 Law on Public Procurement.
