Turkish municipalities announce property lease and sale tenders

Silivri Municipality in Istanbul Province scheduled an open‑bid lease tender for 31 municipal properties on 28 July 2026. The tender, conducted under Article 45 of Law No. 2886, offers 3‑year and 10‑year lease terms with temporary and final guarantees calculated as a percentage of the monthly rent.

Rize Municipality announced a separate public auction on 30 July 2026 to sell office and bureau spaces owned by the city. The sale will be conducted in cash under the same procurement law, with detailed requirements for participants, including identity documents, criminal record checks, and, for companies, chamber registrations and notarised authorisations.

Both tenders detail the specific parcels, unit sizes, and pricing, and they require bidders to submit various legal and financial documents before the auction dates.
