Turkish municipalities announce property rental tenders

Çeşme Municipality in İzmir is opening a tender to lease an 18-room boutique hotel located near Alaçatı Port. The facility consists of two blocks covering over 700 square meters. The municipality has set the estimated rental price for the first year at 8 million TL, with a total lease term of five years. The auction is scheduled to take place on November 2, 2026.

In a separate announcement, Çubuk Municipality is leasing a complex featuring a swimming pool, hammam, and sauna in the Yıldırım Beyazıt neighborhood. The proposed lease term is seven years, with an estimated annual rental fee of 700,000 TL. Prospective bidders for the hammam facilities must provide official documentation proving at least one year of experience in hammam management within the last five years. The tender is set for November 4, 2026.
