Turkish municipalities announce property tenders and auctions

Municipalities in Turkey have announced various tenders and auctions for the rental and sale of local properties.

Pursaklar Municipality in Ankara has issued a tender notice for the five-year rental of several facilities. These include a 600 square meter wedding hall with an estimated value of approximately 17.7 million TL, a 450 square meter cafeteria valued at approximately 6.6 million TL, and an ATM location in a park area with an estimated value of 324,000 TL. The tender process is scheduled for October 1, 2026.

In Konya, the Akşehir Municipality is conducting an open tender for the sale of two properties. The first is a 9 square meter commercial workspace in the Meydan neighborhood with an estimated price of 5.5 million TL. The second is a 38.79 square meter wooden house/land in the Nasreddin Hoca neighborhood, valued at 225,000 TL. These auctions are scheduled for October 6, 2026.
