Turkish municipalities announce real estate and construction tenders

Various Turkish municipalities and regional directorates have announced upcoming tenders and auctions for real estate sales, rentals, and construction projects.

İvrindi Municipality is conducting auctions for the sale and rental of several properties, including land and various workplaces, scheduled for September 23, 2026. The listings include plots in Kurtuluş and various commercial spaces in neighborhoods such as Büyükyenice and Çukuroba.

Karaman Municipality has announced the sale of nine residential units located in the Merkez neighborhood. The auction is set for September 25, 2026, with payment terms offering a 50 percent down payment and the remainder payable in 60 monthly installments.

The Antalya Regional Directorate of Foundations is seeking a partner for a construction project in the Muratpaşa district. The tender involves demolishing an existing derelict structure to build new residential units under a construction-for-land-share agreement. The estimated value for this project is 20,225,000 TL, with the auction scheduled for September 29, 2026.
