Beyşehir and Bergama authorities announce real estate auctions

The Beyşehir Municipality has announced the auction sale of 13 real estate properties owned by the municipality. The properties include residential units in Hacıakif and various plots of land in Kayabaşı, Üzümlü, and Bayındır. The auction is scheduled to take place on August 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the municipal council meeting hall.

Separately, the Bergama Enforcement Office is conducting a sale of a 2,868.85 square meter olive grove located in the Küçükkaya (Kadriye) neighborhood of Bergama, Izmir. The property, valued at 1,434,425.00 TL, is being sold due to debt. The auction process is scheduled to begin on September 29, 2026, with subsequent bidding periods in October and November 2026.
