Turkish municipalities announce real estate auctions

Turkish municipalities have announced upcoming public auctions for real estate and land.

Elbistan Municipality is conducting an auction to lease a 1,125 m² workplace in the Pınarbaşı neighborhood for a period of three years. The auction is scheduled for September 25, 2026, at 14:00 in the Elbistan Municipality Council Meeting Hall. The estimated annual rental price is 550,000 TL plus VAT.

Selçuklu Municipality has issued a notice for the sale of various real estate properties owned by the municipality. The sale will be conducted via an open tender process in accordance with Law No. 2886. The auction is set to take place on September 24, 2026, at the Municipal Council Hall.
