Turkish municipalities announce real estate auctions

Municipalities in Turkey have announced upcoming public auctions for various real estate assets.

In Kahramanmaraş, the Metropolitan Municipality is scheduled to sell several residential units in the Dulkadiroğlu district, specifically within the Şeyhadil area. The sales will be conducted via an open tender process on October 6, 2026, in accordance with the State Tender Law.

In İzmir's Dikili district, the Dikili Municipality is auctioning 17 properties, consisting of 15 plots of land and 2 fields. The auction is set for October 16, 2026, at the Mustafa Kemal Atatürk Cultural Center. The municipality expects to generate a minimum revenue of 122.65 million lira from these sales, which span several neighborhoods including Çandarlı, İslamlar, and Demirtaş.
