Turkish municipalities announce real estate auctions

Municipalities in Turkey have announced upcoming auctions for the sale and rental of various real estate assets.

Sivas Municipality is auctioning 11 different properties, including 4 shops and 7 parcels, located in neighborhoods such as Kılavuz, Aydoğan, Altuntabak, Emek, Yenişehir, and Alibaba. The tender is scheduled for October 6, 2026, using both closed bid and open auction methods under the State Tender Law. Estimated values for the properties range from 1.26 million lira for a small parcel to 30 million lira for specific shops and land plots. One large plot in the Alibaba neighborhood will be auctioned under a construction agreement for a percentage of the built area.

Söke Municipality has also scheduled tenders for the sale and rental of several properties on October 13, 2026. The sale items include land and fig orchards in Atburgazı and Çalışlı, with estimated values reaching 42.28 million lira for certain plots. Additionally, the municipality is offering several commercial spaces and ATM locations for three-year rental periods in the Atatürk, Atburgazı, and Bağarası neighborhoods.
