Turkish municipalities announce real estate auctions

Various Turkish municipalities have announced upcoming public tenders for the sale and leasing of real estate assets.

In Trabzon, the Maçka District Governor's Office (National Estate Department) is organizing auctions for several properties located in areas such as Alaçam, Akarsu, Ardıçlıyayla, Çamlıdüz, Çoşandere, and Öğütlü. These properties, which include pastures and stony lands, are scheduled for auction on October 23, 2026. The estimated sale prices for these plots range from approximately 142,000 TL to over 4.3 million TL.

In Kahramanmaraş, the Elbistan Municipality is leasing 83 properties, including 21 workplaces and 62 agricultural fields, across various neighborhoods such as Güneşli, Akarca, and Yapraklı. The auctions are set to take place on October 22 and 23, 2026. Lease terms for these properties are designated for either one or three years, depending on the type of asset.
