Turkey real estate auctions announced in Yozgat, Ankara, and Istanbul

Several real estate auctions have been scheduled across various regions in Turkey involving residential and land properties.

In Yozgat, the 1st Civil Court of Peace is organizing the electronic sale of 17 real estate assets as part of a dissolution of partnership case. The first round of auctions is set for December 15, 16, 17, and 22, 2026, with second sales scheduled for January 12 and 14, 2027, if necessary. The properties include various land parcels in locations such as Divanlı, Çatalerik, and Suludere.

In Ankara, the Altındağ Municipality is auctioning two 3+1 apartments located in the Çinçin (Gültepe) and Feridunçelik neighborhoods. The auction is scheduled for October 21, 2026, at the Altındağ Municipality Building. The estimated value for the first property is 2,850,000 TL.

In Istanbul, the Küçükçekmece Enforcement Office has announced a sale for a residential unit in the Başakşehir district. The property is a 145 square meter, 4-room apartment located in the Mavera Site within the Kayabaşı neighborhood, situated in a commercial and residential zoning area.
