Turkish municipalities announce procurement for toner supplies and social sciences workshop

The Beyoğlu Municipality in Istanbul issued an open tender (record No. 2026/10565591) to purchase 28 toner cartridges and related consumables. The contract must be fulfilled by 31 December 2026, with a 15% price advantage for domestic suppliers and a requirement for a temporary guarantee of at least 3% of the bid amount. The Konya Metropolitan Municipality posted a separate open tender (record No. 2026/10273131) for the organization of a Social Sciences Education Workshop. The contract covers 16 material items and 9 service items, to be delivered at the Selçuklu Congress Center. Work must commence within five days of contract signing and be completed within 40 days. Bidders must provide standard documentation, including a bid letter and evidence of relevant experience, and submit proposals via EKAP.
